Supplier Program Manager (Commercial Aircraft) - We seek several Supplier Program Managers for positions within the Commercial Aerospace Industry in the Everett, WA area.These are long-term (12+ month contract) opportunities. You will be responsible for acting as a representative of the Company with project management responsibility for cross functional teams that are focused on supplier performance. Coordinate activities for multiple supplier management and procurement disciplines performing activities related to the acquisition of goods and services in support of company operations, specifically Partner Managed Inventory (PMI) performance for a large-body commercial aircraft program. Working with multiple global supplier partner sites and Final Assembly & Delivery centers in Everett & South Carolina, to facilitate, coordinate, and manage supplier assessments, performance improvement plans, distribution processes, management teams, and make improvement to the supply chain. Responsibilities also include working with the Procurement community to management processes, including rate readiness, quality improvement, and supplier diversity initiatives. Develop and execute projects and process plans, set operational goals, and implement policies and procedures. Acquire indirect multi-functional resources for projects and processes; provide technical management of suppliers and lead process improvements. Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and supplier partners. Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, tools and processes.
