Take over my lease in Everett, WA

Admin Remove if not okay.Hello! Me and my roommate are trying to find somebody to take over our lease BY MARCH 1ST.All that would be due is a $38 application fee per adult, no deposit. Just $1200 for the first months rent. The apartments are located in south everett right behind the mall. They are called Tessera Apartments. I am not sure about fees yet associated with doing this, I am still discussing it with the office. 2 bed, 1.5 bath. Washer and Dryer. The master room is very spacious.
